  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday.

  • Shipping times depend on your location and carrier.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Chiply3D is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • No returns on customized items unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days if unused.
