⏳ 1. Processing Time

All Chiply3D orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Custom or wholesale orders may require more time. If we expect delays, we will notify you by email.

📬 2. U.S. Shipping Times

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within:

  • 📬 USPS First-Class: 3–7 business days
  • 🚀 USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Times may vary based on location and USPS service in your area.

🌍 3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

  • ✈️ Standard International: 7–21 business days
  •  Expedited International: 5–10 business days

Customs fees, import taxes, and VAT are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.

🚫 5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • Weather or natural events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact USPS first.

🏠 6. Wrong Address Policy

Please verify your address before placing your order. If you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours.

Once the order ships, we cannot change the address or refund packages delivered to the address entered at checkout.

📭 7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Open a claim directly with USPS.
  2. Email us with your order number and photos (if damaged).

We will review the case and assist however possible.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and method selected.
