At Chiply3D, every product is customized and made to order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns on customized items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
We require:
- 📸 Photos of the damage or wrong item
- 🔢 Your order number
- 👤 Your name
💵 3. Refunds
Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.
🚫 4. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom NFC keychains
- Items with personalized designs or logos
- Digital services (custom website programming, page design, etc.)
